The Ballroom
Our upscale Ballroom can accommodate meetings for up to 400 guests. The Ballroom is great for conferences, educational sessions, seminars and meetings. Offering 23’ high partitions, this space can be divided into two different spaces to be utilized for separate rooms; the North Ballroom and South Ballroom. With a state of the art built-in Audio-Visual System and a 270 square foot stage, your presentation just got better. Acoustic Panels ensure each room can have a separate sound system.
Village Boardroom
Our Village Boardroom is perfect for your executive meetings or sales presentations. This 735 square foot layout, equipped with a private bathroom and full room length breakfast bar, ensures a very private and comfortable meeting experience. Able to accommodate 15+ guests, with built-in power and ethernet capabilities, the conference table is sure to meet the needs of your meeting. Guests will also have full access to an executive screen that is compatible with any Apple device.
The ``V``
Introducing The “V” Room. With 735 square feet of space and the ability to seat up to 70 guests, this space is ideal for a multitude of gatherings. It was built with the flexibility to adapt to our guests’ needs. Whether you prefer a classroom configuration, U-shape or something else entirely, we are able to accommodate. Although this space is already perfect for presentations, we do offer a portable projector package to help to ensure all members of your event are receiving the information presented.
Village Hills & Village Trails
Why settle for one room when you can have two? Our Village Hills and Village Trails rooms offer an abundance of natural light with the convenience of one large room or the option of separating the two with a built-in divider. Seating can accommodate up to 65 guests in a classroom setting spanning both rooms or as little as 12 in a U-shape, taking up only one room. These spaces are ideal for breakout sessions, smaller meetings, midsize conferences or team building events.
